Since 1983 CINC Industries has been designing, manufacturing and selling Centrifugal Contactor technology to companies worldwide for liquid-to-liquid separation, extraction, washing and reactions.  The CINC contactor has two inlet ports for the introduction of solvents and washing solutions, making it an excellent device for reaction applications where the reaction has rapid kinetics. An adjustable heavy phase weir and variable speed motor provide the flexibility required to deal with specific gravity differences. The self-priming design of the centrifuge will accept a wide variation in flow and can be pumped or gravity fed. Our two-inlet design maximizes throughput, and the annular mixing zone provides efficient mixing and can also be customized to accommodate various feed modes. Low mixing options reduce liquid shear allowing for the processing of highly sensitive, fragile elements. Our equipment is used in nuclear energy recycling applications, pharmaceutical, food, fragrances, environmental remediation, biochemical and much more... Our equipment meets ASME and cGMP standards and can be tailored to meet XP and ATEX 100 requirements. We manufacture both Clean-in-Place and Sterilize-in-Place models with quiet, reliable drive motors and speed controls.
